// Fellowship Doctrine

Fellows are selected.

The Fellowship exists for individuals who have already crossed the introductory threshold of cybersecurity and now seek specialization, discipline, peer pressure and technical depth.

01

Fellows are selected.

02

Tracks are followed.

03

Access must be granted.

04

Progress is active.

// Strategic Alignment

The rigor of a private study group.

This is not designed to prepare professionals for the beginning of their careers. It unites specialists and advanced students ready for complex problem-solving, technical research and serious peer-level discussion.

Not a Course

Forget passive consumption, generic modules and open enrollment. The Fellowship operates through high-autonomy roadmaps and technical missions.

Not a Mentorship

This is not 1:1 career advice. It is a private study environment with peer review, internal discussion and specialization-level technical work.

Restricted Environment

Access is granted by institutional invitation or by a demanding approval process for candidates who meet specialization requirements.

Depth Over Breadth

Each Fellow focuses on one primary track. A second track may be requested only with exceptional availability and dedication.

// Access Protocol

Signal. Review. Briefing. Clearance. Access.

Access is evaluated before operational details are disclosed. The public site is intentionally limited.

01

Signal

The candidate requests a private briefing or receives a direct institutional invitation.

02

Review

Technical background, maturity, track fit and availability are evaluated.

03

Briefing

Eligible candidates receive restricted information about affiliation, track agendas and requirements.

04

Clearance

Accepted candidates confirm annual affiliation and commit to one primary track.

05

Access

The Fellow enters the private study environment and begins the annual roadmap cycle.

// Track Commitment System

One primary track. Maximum depth.

The Fellowship is not a library of content. It is a commitment to specialization. Fellows are expected to go deep, not wide.

No Track Collecting

Primary Track

Required. The official technical path of the Fellow during the annual cycle, with roadmap, calendar, missions and final output.

Secondary Track

Exceptional. May be requested only by Fellows with substantial weekly availability and capacity for higher dedication.

Restricted Scope

More than two tracks is not recommended. The Fellowship prioritizes mastery, technical seriousness and sustained focus.

// Private Dossier

Full details are not published openly.

The public page communicates the existence, standards and architecture of the Fellowship. Affiliation values, internal calendar, operational rules and full track agendas are shared only with reviewed candidates.

// Annual Rhythm

The annual affiliation cycle.

Progression inside the Fellowship is continuous and oriented toward technical milestones, combining autonomy with a shared study rhythm.

Month 01 / Orientation

Track Commitment

Onboarding, standards, primary track confirmation, prerequisites and study rhythm.

Months 02–04 / Core Layer

Structured Study

Essential concepts, references, readings, foundational labs and first checkpoints.

Months 05–08 / Applied Missions

Technical Execution

Labs, mission outputs, case analysis, peer discussions and practical artifacts.

Months 09–11 / Advanced Depth

Peer Review

Complex cases, research work, internal critique and synthesis of technical learning.

Month 12 / Final Output

Technical Defense

Final project, research note, report, lab, playbook or portfolio artifact.

// Extreme Specialization

Technical Mastery Roadmaps.

The Fellowship supports 17 independent advanced roadmaps. Every Fellow selects one primary track. A second track is exceptional and requires higher dedication.

Single Focus Per Cycle
Complete agendas, dates and internal resources are disclosed only to accepted Fellows during the private briefing.

// Fellow Profile

The ideal Fellow is technically mature and intellectually disciplined.

The Fellowship is designed for people comfortable with independent problem-solving, self-directed study, peer critique, and serious technical conversation.

01

The Operator

Offensive, defensive, incident response, SOC, cloud or infrastructure-oriented practitioners.

02

The Researcher

Malware, cryptography, AI security, reverse engineering or vulnerability analysis profiles.

03

The Strategist

GRC, IAM, privacy, fraud, consulting, business development or security leadership profiles.

04

The Builder

Secure coding, DevSecOps, cloud security, automation and architecture-oriented practitioners.

// Who Should Not Apply

This is intentionally not for everyone.

The exclusivity is an operational requirement to preserve depth, peer quality and high-level discussions.

×You are looking for beginner training.
×You expect a traditional course structure.
×You want passive video consumption.
×You cannot commit to a 12-month study rhythm.
×You are not prepared to discuss technical material with advanced peers.
×You want to collect tracks without deep specialization.

// Outputs, Not Certificates

Progress must leave evidence.

The Fellowship is not certificate-centered. Fellows are expected to produce artifacts that demonstrate technical growth and specialization.

// Founding Fellows

The first cohort becomes part of the chapter’s institutional memory.

The first accepted members of the Brazil Chapter may be recognized as Founding Fellows — the inaugural generation of the Advanced Cybersecurity Fellowship in Brazil.

// Institutional Clarifications

Frequently asked questions.

What are the prerequisites for access?

Candidates must demonstrate technical background, maturity, specialization potential, study discipline and compatibility with the chosen track. This is not a beginner environment.

Is this a course or a mentorship?

No. The Fellowship is a private advanced study group. It is not structured as a public course, a bootcamp, a broad training program or a 1:1 mentorship service.

Is there a cost for participation?

Participation requires an annual affiliation after approval. Exact values, exemption policies and affiliation conditions are communicated only to eligible candidates during the private briefing.

Can a Fellow join more than one track?

The standard is one primary track. A second track may be requested only when the Fellow demonstrates exceptional time availability and capacity for higher dedication.
